Če je iskalnik uspešen pri zagotavljanju informacij, ki ustrezajo vašim potrebam, potem je velika verjetnost, da se bo uporabnik k istemu iskalniku  vračal kadar bo potreboval določene informacije.</p><p>Vsak iskalnik deluje po določenih algoritmih. Iskalnik sestavljajo pajki (<strong><em>Crawlers</em></strong>), ki vseskozi skenirajo in indeksirajo spletne strani za določeno vsebino. Sledijo tudi povezavam na druge spletne strani. Indeksiranje spletnih strani je sestavljeno iz dveh glavnih področij:</p><ul><li>Vsebina spletne strani: Skeniranje celotne vsebine in iskanje povezav z določenimi temami na strani. Indeksiranje poteka tudi na Back-end kodi spletne strani za določene značke, opise in navodila.</li><li>Notranje povezave na spletno stran: Indeksiranje spletne strani preverja tudi katere in koliko spletnih strani ima nastavljene povezave na iskano spletno strani (<strong><em>inbound links</em></strong>).Več inbound povezav določena stran ima, toliko večja je njena avtoriteta in vpliv v spletnem iskalniku, kar pomeni tudi višjo pozicijo v iskalniku.</li></ul><p>Rangiranje spletne strani v spletnih iskalnikih določa še nekaj drugih faktorjev kot so:</p><ul><li>Geografska lokacija iskalca</li><li>Uvrstitev strani skozi čas ( št. Pri tem ni pomembo le število povezav, temveč tudi kako avtoritativne so te spletne strani katere povezujejo na iskano stran in pa preostali faktorji.</p><p>Za merjenje avtoritete spletne strani so na voljo različna orodja, s katerimi lahko izmerimo koliko domen cilja določeno spletno stran. Eden izmed teh je <a href="https://moz.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>MozRank</strong></a>, ki po 10 točkovni lestvici določa popularnost in avtoriteto spletnih strani, saj uporablja podobne algoritme ocenjevanje kot jih popularni spletni iskalniki.</p><p>Eden izmed načinov razvrščanja je tudi <strong>ustreznost</strong>. Vsi spletni iskalniki ne iščejo samo določenih ključnih besed, vendar iščejo določene namige in sledi koliko je določena vsebina povezana z specifičnimi iskalnimi zahtevami.</p><p>Pomembnost ključnih besed se pokaže tudi kot eden izmed ključnih delov ustvarjanja spletne strani. Pozicioniranje spletne strani med najbolj iskanimi ključnimi besedami je zelo težavna, skoraj nemogoča naloga, zato je priporočljivo kreiranje daljših iskalnih nizov (long-tail keywords). To so skupki besed, ki jih uporabniki vpišejo v iskalnik, ki jim omogočajo bolj specifično iskanje. Brez vsebin, ki uporabnika nagovarjajo da je aktiven in da sodeluje, je spletno stran skoraj nemogoče dobro uvrstiti v spletnih iskalnikih za določene ključne besede.</p><p>Tu pa je pomembna tudi kakovost in veliko dobre vsebine. Tudi če ima neko podjetje več spletnih strani o enakih temah mu to ne bo pomagalo pri rangiranju v iskalnikih, saj je za to potrebna velika širina kvalitetne vsebine. V enem izmed najboljših podjetjih za spletno optimizacijo <a href="https://ahrefs.com/blog/seo-copywriting/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Ahrefs</strong> </a>predlagajo, da se vsebina strani porazdeli na:</p><ul><li><strong><em>Domača stran</em></strong>: Optimizacija generičnih ključnih besed</li><li><strong><em>Produktna/storitvena stran</em></strong>: Posamezna povezava za vsak izdelek posebej z različno vsebino</li><li><strong><em>Center za vsebine</em> </strong>– Stran kjer so izbrane povezave na različna izobraževanja in nasvete o določeni temi</li><li><strong><em>Blog</em></strong> – Način kako obdržati spletno stran aktualno in dober način za ustvarjanje veliko različne vsebine. My mom is a big inspiration and a drive force in my life, starting from nothing, to build up a career and raise me at the same time, was not an easy job. She was too young and I had a strong will power, so different from what she had expected. But she has thought me that work is a an important part of a person life and a big part of building a character. So I started working extensively, opening my own business, did not care for holidays, weekends and late working hours. I think I have been working lots, but haven&#8217;t really achieved what I should or wanted in that period of time. I haven&#8217;t learned how to share things, explain ideas and visions to others, connect to people who were similar minded. I lost the passion, because I thought Im alone in my thinking and not understood. I did not take vacations, I did not respect the holiday seasons. I never understood people, who had different, more relaxed approach to work. I was not listening. I had a couple of really well set up goals and projects and it all collapsed. I had to do something. And I started to travel. I have never really travelled before, I took vacations, did it for work, but haven&#8217;t really travelled.</p><p>Then I found myself in different countries, in some not understanding the language, or the culture and &#8220;how they operate&#8221;. I was lost and for the first time ever, really alive. I had to listen, I had to understand and I had to adapt. To others in order to go further. I have been traveling extensively for the last couple of years and discovered, that I have been taking myself to seriously. That I function really good with everyone, everywhere and that the biggest problem I had is with closed mind people. With people who believe only one way is the right way. Who believe their goals are more important than others and that good companies are still run by bosses and not by leaders. Who are self absorbed and only goal oriented.Why? Because I saw a lot of me in all of this. And I think I haven&#8217;t really liked me.</p><p>I have ben reading some of the stuff, written by an exceptional motivators and I really liked one of the oldest stuff that Jeff Wainer has written. One of his article from 2014 is about &#8220;<a href="http://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20140824235337-22330283-the-three-qualities-of-people-i-most-enjoy-working-with?trk=hp-feed-article-title-like" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The three qualities of people I most enjoy working with</a>&#8221; that I found really inspiring. Mostly not just because I found it inspirational finding a team of people that would share the same values, but also because I wish people would find those values in me. And the more I travel, the more I pell of the layers that are just a dead waste of self centered mind. Travels bring me closer to my soul. Explaining why something is good for someone and why are we giving it away, expanded my circles of customers, or I would called them re-users, who visited my window store. It is funny, but selling stuff without considering both parties happy, was never a thrill for me. Having a vivid imagination created by books, music and movies, I started to imagine scenarios where everything I experience should be put into practice. I was drown to the creative world, but lacking the talent (believe me, I tried) of creating something, I went back to the thing I believed I knew the most, selling the creativity. It started in college, where I was trying to sell the experience, by promoting cultural activities. It made people (customer) happy, but it felt more empty, more like a chore than accomplishment, for the organizers. For years I was trying to manage promising musicians, festivals and cultural establishments. That was something both parties were happy about, the seller (bands) and the customer (organizers), but it felt short for me, since it could not buy me a decent &#8220;ice cream&#8221;.
